Meet Our Staff!

At Betty's Bites, we aim to provide crucial stepping stones for women who have served time in prison to gain beneficial work experience in the Hospitality Industry. We will be sharing the stories of many of the amazing women who enter through our doors with the hopes to have a second chance at life.

Meet Keila Parker; after a troubled start in life, she left prison searching for a fresh start, hoping to get into the Hospitality industry, becoming one of the very first recipients of our 6 week programme! Over the course of her training, Keila flourished in service, always serving customers with a smile on her face and was a brilliant mentor for new staff joining over her time with us.

"I owe everything to Alexz, Amanda, and the entire team for supporting me every step of the way. They made Betty's Bites feel like home, and I wouldn't have enjoyed working in Hospitality so much without them! I cannot wait to see how many people this programme will benefit."

After succeeding during her work experience, Keila has managed to secure a Sever role with our sponsor, Carina Contini who was incredibly impressed with her work ethic and enthusiasm, now working at her Royal Mile Branch!
